Key initiatives include strengthening special population support programs, implementing cross-functional student success teams, fostering culturally responsive professional development, enhancing holistic onboarding and outreach, expanding academic support, and promoting career exploration and work-based learning. The plan aims to accelerate equity-focused transformation, dismantle systemic barriers, and empower every student to thrive.
