6th Floor Dry Eye Suite

Description: Work include demolition of the existing partition wall between room 614 and room 615, flooring, ceiling tiles, ceiling suspension system, existing light fixtures, diffusers, return air grilles, two existing doors and portions of the south wall required for new opening, plumbing fixtures and associated piping, countertop, sink, electrical devices, wiring and associated equipment, and any necessary demolition to accommodate the new layout. Construction of new insulated metal stud and gypsum board partitions from floor slab to underside or deck to create the new layout. New doors and opening needed with add-on alternate of storefront door system. New cabinetry and countertops needed.
