BLUE BIRD EXPANSION RFP

Description: The Fort Valley Utility Commission is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the electric primary feeder system serving the Blue Bird Expansion Project in Fort Valley, Georgia. The work includes a 7.2/12.47-kV three-phase underground distribution system, with cable and conduit, transformers, switchgear, metering, terminations, grounding, testing, and commissioning. This is a labor-only bid: the Commission supplies the major electrical materials, while the contractor supplies labor, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, and safety items; bidders must be experienced and properly licensed.
