Collier Senior Center Expansion Project RFP

Description: Work includes expansion to the existing 7,120 SF senior center and includes a weatherproof and hardening scope as well as the new construction for the addition; hardening of the existing building, which accounts for both exterior and interior improvements; construction of a new 2,710 GSF structure adjacent the senior center; site work associated with both the existing building and the new addition; moving and relocation services to support the project.
