The project consists of renovations to the existing gang toilets located at the north end of Union Station, as indicated in the Contract Documents. Work includes professional cleaning of the restrooms upon completion; replacement of damaged wall tile; interior painting of ceilings; installation of new toilet accessories and millwork to match existing; and replacement of existing mechanical covers and grilles, plumbing fixtures, and light fixtures. Work may also include replacement of the existing toilet partitions with new and replacement of the existing gypsum board ceilings with new ceilings to match the existing height and color.
