Description: Work includes 1,061 LF parking lot curb removal; 3,350 SY parking lot concrete pavement removal; 990 LF silt fence ; 1. 840 LF silt fence ; 3,350 SY parking lot new concrete pavement ; 1,585 LF parking striping; 540 LF waterline (pipe and trenching); 1 EA waterline connection to city main; 11,050 sf parking island planting; 1 LS irrigation system; 1 LS grading for grass fields; 1 LS hydromulch for grass fields; 1 LS new playground wall;' 1 LS gate demolition (wood only); 1 LS new dumpster enclosure added.
