Female Short-Term Residential Intervention Program
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety seeks a vendor to operate a statewide gender-responsive, trauma-informed short-term residential program for female juveniles at 633 Shepards Way Lane, Manson, with capacity for at least 20 juveniles. The program targets adjudicated females ages 13–17, or older if under juvenile court jurisdiction, and requires 24/7 supervision, evidence-based individual and trauma-focused therapy, and health and educational services. This agency-contract solicitation has proposals due November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
