Flagler County Land Development Code (Request For Proposal)

Description: Provide qualified professional planning, zoning, land use, urban design, engineering, and/or legal consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive review and rewrite of the county land development code; purpose of the project is to modernize the county's land development regulations; implement the county's adopted comprehensive plan; improve the clarity, usability, organization, and predictability of the development review process; eliminate obsolete, conflicting, and redundant provisions; incorporate contemporary planning and development practices; and establish regulations that support the county's long-term vision for growth, conservation, infrastructure, housing, economic development, community character, and quality of life.
