The City of Conway is seeking proposals for concrete and sidewalk work at various City locations over the next 24 months, at quoted prices. The contractor must provide labor, materials, transportation, and mobilization, and remove old asphalt and concrete for disposal or install concrete. This construction solicitation is due October 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
Work includes 6,600 SY remove existing concrete sidewalk; 5,400 SY install 4" concrete sidewalk; 1,200 SY install 6" concrete sidewalk / driveway crossing; 5 EA ada curb ramp improvements; 50 SF detectable warning surface; 50 LF concrete curb / curb & gutter repair; 25 SY asphalt pavement restoration; 50 SY sod / landscape restoration; 10 ea tree root removal / root pruning; 25 CY unsuitable material removal and replacement. 2,240 SY of 4” concrete sidewalk and other improvements including but not limited to earthwork, sidewalk ramps, driveways, storm drainage, utility lines, and other items necessary to complete the project and as shown on the plans. Includes sidewalks along the streets.
This Contract includes the following work: Removal of approx. 1,000 Syd of existing sidewalk and associated curb and gutter, curb ramps,
trees and driveways. Construction of approx. 10,000 Sft of 5 ft wide concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, curb and gutter, driveways of various materials, restoration and various appurtenances.
