The Contractor shall provide an Program Manager (PM) who will be responsible for the technical and functional activities required for the effective management of the entirety of this contract, including productivity and management tasks such as Project Management, Quality Assurance, and program level Change Management. An ideal PM is one who will focus on technical quality management, delivery and metric accountability, and act as a partner to MCC working collaboratively to achieve the contract goals. The Contractor shall be responsible for program control and management for this effort including, but not limited to: Managing personnel (including development, training, and evaluation); Allocating and scheduling resources/staffing, including after-hours support as needed; Developing and maintaining cost, schedule, and performance.
