Description: CAL FIRE is seeking bids under an invitation for bids (IFB), not a grant program, for trenching and installing underground electrical power distribution infrastructure along Signal Ridge Road to the Cold Springs Lookout in Mendocino County. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees, comply with applicable codes, PG&E requirements, and safety and environmental regulations, and hold a Class A General Engineering Contractor license.
