RFP 9170 Water Treatment Program

Description: Bowling Green State University seeks a full-service campus water-treatment program covering chemical treatment, water testing, dosage adjustments, and maintenance of pumps, controllers, and related equipment. The work serves approximately 115 campus buildings and systems, including the steam plant, HVAC cooling towers, chilled- and heating-water loops, glycol loops, water softeners, high-purity water systems, and microbiological testing. The contract is for an initial three-year term beginning January 1, 2027, with possible one-year extensions, and proposals must be submitted through Bid Express.
