Safe Syringe and Harm Reduction Services FY27 (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide safe syringe and harm reduction services. The purpose is to support efforts and strategies to reduce the spread of infectious disease amongst high risk populations, including persons who inject drugs (PWID), those in active substance use or addiction, and those at highest risk for transmission of infectious disease such as HIV and Hepatitis Viruses.
