Site Lease RFP

Description: The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to GTP Structures, LLC for a site lease at 116 Huntington Ave., Boston, Massachusetts. DEA identifies GTP Structures as the owner/operator of the site and states that the notice is not a request for competitive quotations and that no RFQ is available. The Special Notice says DEA will use FAR Part 12 and retains discretion to decide whether responses warrant opening the requirement to competition.
