Vehicle Locksmith Services

Description: The City of Phoenix Public Works Department, Fleet Service Division, seeks vehicle locksmith services for a fleet of more than 8,000 light-, medium-, and heavy-duty units. Work includes vehicle lockouts, key duplication, ignition switch and tumbler replacement, and reprogramming OEM and aftermarket electronic security systems. The contractor must provide labor, tools, and equipment, respond to service requests within two business hours during weekday operating hours, and perform under a three-year base term with two optional one-year extensions.
