Provide full-treatment monthly pest control services across designated county facilities and volunteer fire department locations, furnishing all required labor, tools, equipment, materials, and insecticides. Services include interior and exterior spraying, removal of visible spiderwebs, providing outside bait boxes and sticky traps as needed, and performing follow-up or call-back treatments at no additional cost to inspect and control targeted pests such as rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, moths, silverfish, bees, wasps, and spiders (excluding brown recluse). Specialty control services—including brown recluse spiders, bats, birds, snakes, skunks, termites, and fumigation—are explicitly excluded from the standard bid scope but may be negotiated separately if needed.
