New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking quotes for comprehensive maintenance of its listed generators under an initial one-year contract, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement. The contractor must perform documented inspections, an annual two-hour load-bank test, ATS inspections, infrared scans, and valve adjustments, and provide reports with photographs and video. The contractor must have access to proprietary generator software, respond to outages within one hour, and submit two hard copies and one electronic PDF of its report.
