The College is seeking a Supplier to provide Moving Services at any of the College campuses (the "Services."). All Services shall be on an “as required basis”. The Supplier shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, transportation/vehicles, (including required insurances, fuel, associated maintenance costs etc.) the form the “Services" as requested and required by the College. All moving materials to be provided by the Supplier (i.e. boxes/bins/crates, carts, packing protection, etc.) The Services would include the following: • Move furniture into or out of areas such as classrooms, offices, meeting room, common areas or on-site storage areas, e.g. trailer or building • Move furniture to or from other Niagara College campuses or off-campus storage locations • Set-up and take-down furniture, such as chairs, tables, etc., either rented or owned by the College for events • Disassemble and assemble office furniture, partitions, etc. Proponents will find all RFP Documents on Niagara College’s Bonfire (e-bidding) portal, including any Additional Resources such as Addenda and Response to Questions, posted no later than October 19, 2026.
