The Town of View Royal seeks a qualified consultant or consulting team to review and update its form and character and environmental development permit areas and guidelines. The work includes preparing maps, graphics and illustrations, and undertaking 3D massing modelling to test whether the guidelines achieve desired design outcomes. The updated guidelines will guide urban design, support high-quality and energy-efficient built forms, and protect natural and environmentally sensitive areas.
